I PURCHASED THIS BOOK AT A SECOND HAND BOOK STORE BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD ABOUT TONY LITTLE. I THINK THE BOOK/INFORMATION IS VALUABLE AND I PLAN ON GOING ON THE PROGRAM TOMORROW. THE ONLY THING I WISHED THE BOOK HAD, WAS, THE DIETS OF THE SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IN THE BOOK. THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE BOOK WHO HAVE LOST TONS OF WEIGHT , BUT THEY LIST THAT THEY FOLLOWED A FAT FREE PROGRAM., WELL, THAT TELLS ME NOTHING ABOUT THE CALORIES THAT THEY CONSUMED. TONY LITTLE LISTS SEVERAL DIET PLANS IN THE BACK OF THE BOOK, BUT I WOULD LIKED TO HAVE HEARD FROM THE ACTUAL PEOPLE WHO FOLLOWED THE PLAN. OTHERWISE, IT WAS A GREAT BOOK FROM A GREAT MOTIVATIONAL MAN.
