Frame Data!

This guide has frame data, which is well worth the cost. For fighting game purists, frame data is the best asset you can have and it's hard to find in American strategy guides. I believe this and the Street Fighter IV and Anniversary guides are the only three to have frame data in it. Outside of the frame data, there's some decent art and a pretty lengthy character section. It doesn't give you all of the codes to get some of the secret characters and that's kind of odd, but everything else more than makes up for it. The bonus game maps were also a great asset to get my best times.
