Once I started reading this series I just couldn't put it down! Volume 1 was beautifully drawn and written and Volume 2 is great as well! I stayed up until the wee hours just so I could finish reading the first two volumes. I had only intended to start reading the first volume before bed. However, it was so intriguing I just went right on to the next book, and read right through that one too! The plot is quite mature and the art style compliments the adult tone. The dialog and writing is also well written. The storyline of this volume wasn't quite as good as the first volume though. The flow seemed a little off, starting out a little too slow while seeming a little rushed toward the end. No huge deal, the story is still very interesting. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. There is some nudity and one really disturbed bad guy, so if you are squeamish about that sort of thing I wouldn't read it. If, however, you are looking for manga that is aimed at adults with an interest in paranormal activity and crime this is for you!
