I really like this book. It includes a lot of info on stress--what it is, how it can affect you, symptoms, and so on. There's even a test to take to see how stressed you are. The recommendations for stress relief are both preventive and relieving. Of course, the basics--good eating, exercise & sleeping habits are covered. Breathing & meditation info and how-to tips are also included. The meat of the book is the various stress busting exercises. You can pick & choose which ones to use, too, but all looked to be great ways to relieve tension and muscle pain. I like the desk exercises and the neck & shoulders exercises personally because those work best for me, but you will find specific recommendations for your particular stressed-out areas, too. The reason I liked this book is that you do not have to devote a ton of time to getting relief. You can benefit from the ten-minute solutions and that is definitely time well spent.
