Our favorite of the series!

These books are great for a range of ages! For the pre-verbal it keeps their interest with the large pictures and of course the touch & feel on each page. For the older kiddos the describing words such as "fuzzy, silky, squashy, etc." enriches their vocab so wonderfully. Also because the story is so simple, toddlers can recall what the next page is about before you turn to it! Love this whole series and I highly recommend for any child 0-3yrs old!

My twin got That's Not My Dinosaur when they were born and loved it so for their 2nd Christmas we got them a few more That's not my books. Not to my suprise, they LOVE them. These books are so great and they have so many to choose from. Your child can also help you find the little mouse on every page also, just adds to the fun!

I love the "That's not my..." series from Fiona Watt. They are sturdy books and the touchy-feely parts are very durable. This one is one of the newer types and my son just started to like pirates so it was perfect!

My 9 month old son loves this book. The colors are so vibrant, and the pictures are very creative and fun. In this board book, you will find both male and female pirates as well as pirates of different races, which is nice. Also, on each page, you will find a little white mouse, which is a signature effect from this author for this whole book series, so your baby can find the mouse on every page. It's so cute when they learn to point to the mouse! The textures are all interesting and range from burlap to silk to glittery foil, and the pages are very sturdy and hold up to an infant's curiosity. I would definitely recommend this book as well as the others in this series.
