For the past 300 years, many Western and European Scholars of Christianity have claimed that Ham, Noah's third son, and his Black descendants were cursed, and (Blacks) would forever be servants to others. On July 26, 1993, a trial conducted by Wayne Perryman was held to challenge this 300 year old accusation. The results of this trial would determine whether or not Ham, the father of the Black race, as well as his Black descendants, were forever cursed. Over 450 people attended this trial. It was the first time in 3,000 years that Ham had an opportunity to tell his side of the story and explain exactly what took place in the tent of his father, Noah. Evidence presented by the defense was supported by over 442 biblical references.
