I lost 5 pounds in my first two days on just a small part of this program and lost about 40 pounds in 6 weeks. I was sleeping better and felt energetic all the time. The best part of this book is it is not anonther diet or weight loss program. I addresses the fact that, if a person has excess weight hanging around that something in the body is "sick" and needs to be addressed. Once addressed through proper nutrition, the body's funciton returns to normal and the weight comes off. So instead of weight being your problem, it is merely a symptom. I have never found this more true and it works. Oh yeah, by the way, he doesn't allow you to cut calories or get hungry EVER - In fact, he proves how doing so only makes your weight gain problems worse.
