This book has it all (drama, humor, caring, understanding, responsibility). This book teaches valuable lessons to people. Anyone of all ages can relate to this book. After reading this book, you can't help but just smile and laugh. If you need a good pick me up, this book will put you in a good mood. I wish there were more genuinely nice people like Bronco Bob out there in the real world. If you like horses, check this book out!

Johnnie puts his print all over this entertaining and educational book. The story is fun and straight-forward with no moralizing or pandering. Great art that will captivate preschoolers and a story that will engage older kids as well. Highly recommended.

My daughter is three, so not reading. We read at least three books every night and, for the last several months, this wonderful book and the other we have in the series are required reading. We alternate nights, but she is adament that "Johnnie" is on the menu. I find the gentle, caring tone and humor a pleasure.

I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! It is nice because it teaches good values at the same time as giving good entertainment to the child. I read this to her every night. My only request is that the author hurries up and writes more books in the series because I am getting tired of reading the same book every night. Definite recommend!

I think the Adventures of Thumbs Up Johnnie is a refreshing departure from some of the children's books today. It reminds me of the classics that I read as a child but with a modern twist. I bought the book for my god child and she loves it and wants to read it over and over and over. I look forward to more in this adventure series. I loved the fact that Thumbs Up Johnnie teaches kids about saving money, being a good friend, owning a pet and being a business owner. Two thumbs up!
