From the cofounder of Food Not Bombs, an action-oriented guide to anarchism, social change, and vegan cooking
Unlike the original Anarchist Cookbook, which contained instructions for the manufacture of explosives, this version is both a cookbook in the literal sense and also a "cookbook" of recipes for social and political change. The coffee-table-sized book is divided into three sections: a theoretical section explaining what anarchism is and what it isn't; information on organizational principles and tactics for social and political change; and finally, numerous tasty vegan recipes from one of the cofounders of the international Food Not Bombs movement.

This is not the infamous primer of formulas of mayhem. It is, however, a book on political organization with Vegan recipes for feeding large groups. I found it worthy as an actual cookbook, but I truly think the author should have used a different title. However, William Powell, author of the original "Anarchist Cookbook" (who before his death disowned that book and unsuccessfully tried to withdraw it from publication), wrote a denunciation of that book, which is reprinted here with his permission. If you're seeking a guide to leftist politics, organization, and Vegan recipes for feeding your group (which, I must admit, is the only reason why I bought this book in the first place), this is for you.
