I Just read my copy of The Anatomy of Wing Chun. It was direct and to the point. I almost didn't buy it after reading one review that said it was too short and basic. Fortunately I read the other reviews all of which were very positive and decided to get my copy. It follows the Wing Chun idea of keeping things simple and to the point. I know I loved the book. It's not real long but has lots of quality stuff.

I found the book to be an excellent Wing Chun Kung Fu reference. It's written in a clear and concise format, which makes learning the concepts easier. I highly recommend it!

A good understanding of the basics is the only way someone is going to be able to advance in any martial art system. The correct hand positions and footwork is shown in good detail. The reason behind these techniques are also made known which is very unusual in the martial arts.

I found this book to be a very concise and informative Wing Chun guide. This book is very well written and would be an excellent addition to an enthusiast's collection.
