This book is written in a very easy to use format, similar in some respects to the 'idiots guides' and can be used as an on the spot reference for issues as they occur if the world of the practice of providing professional services to make a living, or it can be easily read cover to cover as to avoid pitfalls others have already overcome. The content covers several topics from resolving employee and client relationship struggles to master planning and marketing your firm to mundane business decisions over accounting issues, filing, time management etc. and working favorably with bankers for obtaining business loans. There is even a section of standardized forms which one can use in the office.
