This is an outstanding book on leadership.I first read it back in 89 and have re-read it twice since. It cuts through all the b.s. of today's trendy leadership books you see in the business management sections in the book stores. Having served in the military, I can relate to his combat model of leadership. I've seen good leadership and bad. Worth reading for those interested in leadership
