I bought this book for my mother and although this publication is quite old the exercises in the book have not dated. There are clear illustrations together with easy to follow written instructions for all the exercises. All parts of the body are covered so whether arthritis affects your neck or your knees this book is for you. My mother is 85 and had no difficulty doing the exercises which have helped her enormously.

In addition to the good descriptions of arthritis, I found this book to be a great collection of exercises. A complete list of gentle exercises to increase range of motion, flexibility and strength are all described and illustrated in this little book.
