This book makes for HOURS AND HOURS of great reading. Any avid music fan can appreciate learning the stories of how bands arrived at their band names. Hilariously edited and compartmentalized into sub-categories. Mr. Eberhardt's review is ignorance. You shouldn't review items that you've never bought, owned or inspected.

Who's the guy who wrote a review without seeing or reading this book?! It's great! Tons of facts on hundreds and hundreds of bands. Great posters and CD covers. And it's hilarious! I gave six of them as xmas gifts.

Noel Hudson has done it again. This book is full of strangely creative band names and the art of some really creative musicians. He is extremely witty in telling the stories leading up to these band names. And, both the most famous (The Beatles) to the most esoteric are given equal attention. Husdon has done a great job of letting musicians speak in their own words. Noel Hudson has put together the bible of all Band Name Books,(that is if you don't mind a bible that will take you on a crazy trip.) And the voice and look of this book is so typical of Hudson: visual, clever and fun.
