i gave this book 4 stars because it is not a book you can use without a little background.it is a 5 star book though. it is designed to learn one of the finest, quickest and most effective healing techniques to date and should not be overlooked by any serious therapist looking to improve his/her toolkit. it is certainly not easy for self-help. it is a necessary stepstone if your field of study are peak states of consciousness.
