Mouse loves baking in his little house. Today he's baking the best mouse cookie. He starts with flour, salt and a little music. Pretty soon, he adds a dash of a nap. Oh no. A nap! After picking up several other books by Laura Numeroff for my older son this was a natural choice for my 8 month old. She makes easy to read stories that kids just love! My little guy loves to look at the colorful pictures and actually listens to the words when we read together! It is simple enough that even my 5 year old can read it to his younger brother and he loves the book just as much! A great first book choice for baby!
