THE BIG SNORE is a looney variation on the classic story of SLEEPING BEAUTY, as if it were broadcast by a fast and furious television news station. When snubbed pixie Patrick of Paxton places a curse on the King, the Queen and the lovely Princess Briar Rose, the entire viewing audience in the Kingdom watches TV with bated breath as the "Briar Rose Coma" marches to day 98, knowing that on Day 100, everybody in the castle (gulp) will die. The only thing that can save the royals is a kiss planted on the lips of the lovely princess, a kiss from "The Prince With The Proper Pucker," whoever that may be. TV newsman Rick Flick and his on-the-spot reporter Tiffany Stephanie detail the events leading up to the climactic final days, when one prince after another puckers up but fails to revive the snoring young lady. Patrick is about to win the day when Prince Tentative, who was snubbed by the Princess when they took dancing lessons together, shows up to requite his unrequited love. Does he have the lips to do the trick?
