You don't have to answer every question or go to a mountain top. Simply flip through the book and sit with any question that resonates with you at this time in your life. If you feel moved to write an answer, feel free to do so. If not, just think about it.You are not the same person you were last year. Hopefully this little ritual will help you see how much you've transformed inwardly as much as time and age reflect to us outwardly.
