Absolutely kept him on the edge of his seat. He wants more! Starting the bk after this, today. He's hoping it's as good as this one!

I love the 4 points of view and how the climax comes afterwards. I especially love how Wendy put it all together and got everything to make sense, because that’s hard in a story.

If you are looking for a book (or series!) with a twist on storytelling, look no further than any of Wendy Mass's books! Every one of them is amazing, but The Candymakers takes the cake! You hear the story four different times, and each character had their own way of looking at life, possibly provoking the reader to think about the people around them in a different light. I've enjoyed this book for years now, and with every re-read I notice a detail I've never seen before! While listed for up to twelve years of age, I think all ages can enjoy this sweet tale of friendship- and candy!
