Cathy caterpillar dreams of flying around the garden like Diana dragonfly. She is fed-up being a creepy crawly so she leaves to seek out a new life in another part of the garden. On the way she meets Billybug, Angie Ant, Wallyworm and Betty butterfly. She dances with Billy at the bugball and helps build an anthill. She travels underground and enjoys all the adventure. But she gets very hungry and has to find some juicy leaves. Wallyworm helps her to get to the food.There she meets a beautiful butterfly. It is Betty her cousin. But Cathy cant understand why she has changed. Betty informs her she can spin a chrysalis and change to a beautiful butterfly like her. Just what she always wanted.
