Of all three books this was the best. There was much to read "between the lines" and behind each character. I hope that book 4 is in the works as so many questions were left unanswered. It was interesting to watch Gerin change in attitude and grow in strength during each of the books. His brother's talent in regards to animals also provides a basis for a great story (hopefully in book 4).
