Take it from someone who knows; this book is exactly what any would-be practitioner of Shiatsu and accupressure needs. If your just starting out, or if you've taken years of classes on the matter as I have, Mr. Namikoshi will show you step-by-step exactly what points to hit, in what order for maximum effectiveness, and using what positioning of the body as well as the hands and fingers you are applying with. No homeopathic practitioner should be without this book; I only wish I had more stars to work with. I must emphasize that I am not acting on Mr. Namikoshi's behalf, nor do hope to see anything except more people writing reviews such as this one other than myself, for that will mean that more people have gone out and found a copy themselves.
