This book has much to offer. It is a source of information for all sorts of HYDROTHERAPY, a very powerful motley collection of techniques which share the use of the power of simple water to heal anything from gastrointestinal problems to helping to hope with distress, promoting healing in injuries, promoting circulation, etc. through the use of contrast baths, hot water bottles, ice, saunas, etc. I am actually very disappointed that this book is not for sale here. Those seeking "aquatic exercise" can search elsewhere. This book is rightfully titled.
