I bought this book because I need to decide where my mother should live. I was surprised at how much information it had. It helped me think about all the choices. I think we're going to try to work out a way to help her stay at home and the book had lots of really practical stuff about doing that. I understand Medicare and Medicaid now and the differences between the kinds of facilities. I liked the lists and the worksheets that really helped me get organized. The book also helped me think about what I want to do when I get older. I think this is a good book for anyone dealing with an older parent.
