I really enjoyed reading the informational section on diet and pregnancy, which outlines things you should and shouldn't eat. I also found that many of the recipes were great. There are recipes that cater to the meat and potato set as well as those who care to be a bit more adventurous, such as spinach and cumin soup (sounds delicious to me). There are recipes for beef, chicken, lamb, fish and vegetarian, plus deserts and salads...I found it all inclusive. I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in balancing real food with nutrition.
