I heard the author at a speaking engagement and met him afterwards at his table of goodies. I wanted to support his ministry and asked him "which of these are you the most proud of." This is the book he felt most strongly about, so I bought it. I didn't think it would be of interest to me, so I never read it, thinking I would, maybe someday, if I felt fatigued, or I could give it as a gift. Recently I took it down off the shelf and decided to read it over the phone to a friend of mine who seemed to be worn and stressed out, and lo and behold it was actually of interest to me too, and we had many "readings" until we finished the book together. Although written by a Christian for other Christians, much of it would be of great benefit for anyone of any belief system.

This is a great book for those who get so busy and tired from working FOR the Lord that they have lost that all-important energy, joy & first love.
