A little girl is fed up with grownups. Too many rules, too many regulations, too many musn't's and can't's.Wishing she could make them go away, she remembers the tale of the Pied Piper, who led all the children away from their village because the mayor wouldn't pay him for ridding the town of rats. Hmmm. If he could play a tune that would make the children go away, maybe he can play one that will get rid of the grownups. It turns out he can and does.
