I lost 12 pounds in one month!

I love this book...followed it faithfully for the first two weeks and lost six pounds. After that, using this new way of choosing foods, the pounds are melting off. I've lost 12 pounds and feel fabulous and full of energy. My blood sugar is down as well. Highly recommended!!

I've only been on the diet for 3 weeks, the 2 week quick start and 1 week after that and absolutely love it. The meals are delicious and easy to make. It's the lowest I've gotten my sugars in over 6 months and have lost about 6 lbs since starting. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for an easy to follow diet that will help lower your sugars.

The Diabetes DTOUR Diet: The Revolutionary New Food Cureis another diet book to help you manage your diabetes. This book dwells on its research a little too much, thus it gets quite boring at times. It did have info that was new to me. However, the actual part that discusses the diet and how to follow it was very clear. I haven't tried the diet yet, but I plan to start as it seems easy to follow.

This book has to be the best on diabetes. It is vey well written. Easy to follow and the authors are very well read on the subject of diabetes. The menu is very easy to follow and I am so happy to have purchased it.
