      My 6 year old daughter is in 1st grade and loves this book series. She catches herself reading longer than the required time for her homework. I'm all for her being interested in reading and not just any reading but good stories for her age. I'm amazed she started reading these chapter books in Kindergarten. She has this color series, the animals series and she is getting the weather series for Christmas.

      My daughter (5) doesn't read yet, but she was enthralled by the Rainbow Magic books. We purchased this one to complete our collection. They are very well written, and appropriate for the age group.

      Great way to get kids excited about reading!

      My first grader absolutely fell in love with the Rainbow Fairy series and is now onto the Weather Fairies. Lovely, light stories, they feature young girls (just like her) trying to save fairies and their magical world. These are perfect books for readers beginning chapter books.
