Mr. Johnson's book is quite amazing and thought provoking -- I didn't want to put it down. I enjoyed it, and highly recommend it. There's a lot of detail in this short book, which is easy to read and follow. I found myself talking to him, almost yelling at him while reading, and feeling such a sadness for him all at the same time. He was not only abusing his lifestyle, but his body as well -- our temples while here on earth. Mr. Johnson also expresses a fearful and somewhat "soft side" of caring. It's as if he didn't want this lifestyle, however, since the circumstances seemed to present themselves louder than any other, he dealt with it, almost never believing that it would pull him in so far. What appears to be so surreal to me, was very real to him. Thank God for somebody praying. But finally, I want to know if he ever found Toni, was he ever tempted to go back into that world (if so, did he?), how did his marriage help him -- so many unanswered questions. Will we as readers ever know?
