Knowing the concepts is just not sufficient. Implementation is key to success. I strongly feel that this book would be a valuable guide to anyone in the implementation phase.There are many unique insights - like, Romesh wadwani's concept of 3 major rocks; Vinod Khosla's strategies for entreprenurial financing; Sabeer's strategy in negotiation; Jayshree's growth strategy for start-ups; Raj Parekh's systematic approach to design products and technologies; etc (to name a few) - that are brought to light.The collection of all such insights coupled with the experiences of the entreperneurs in their own words makes the book very original and a valuable guide to any person interested in entrepreneruship and organizational leadership.
