Rick Segel presents the basics of selling online in a simple yet straightforward way. The chapters are written in such a way that anyone who is interested in selling on the web would be able to set up and run a web site for e-commerce or advertisement of a business. My opinion is that it is written well with the chapters building on each other. The last chapters are on how to encourage traffic to your site. This book can be a reference for a person who is already selling. Perhaps not for the advanced, but the information presented is practical and to the point.

Excellent and informative book. A couple of items I questioned, but overall well worth the purchase! Good for beginners AND advanced users (like me 10+ years selling on the web).

I've learned quite a bit and it is truly an ESSENTIAL book for website owners. This is not a "techie" type manual and the authors make it easy to understand the inner workings of the website/blogging game. It's not so scary and overwhelming afterall! Thanks!
