Not like take out

I only post to help people make a good choice. I dislike being a negative Nelly. I just have to be honest. I've tried 4 or 5 of the recipes each with high hopes, each with an open mind that it was preference. But the last recipe tonight , pg 103 Chicken Chow Mein , was dry and overly sweet. I have to shelve this book . I'm disappointed.
