Are you one of the millions of women who can name her top two or three body "problem areas"? Do you regularly ask "Is my butt too big?" and "Do my thighs look fat in this?" -- even though you don't... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I have purchased a few different free-weight books and this is the only one worth the paper it was printed on. This book covers all major muscle groups and dedicates a chapter each to muscular anatomy (important for visualization and isolation of muscles while perfoming the exercises) and building routines to match your fitness level - you will not outgrow this book. The explanations for each exercise are thorough and easy to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone beginning a resistance training routine.
Great exercises

This book is great if you want to do a series of exercises to tone different parts of your body. The book has 40 exercises altogether. To perform the exercises you'll need so 3 or 5 pound weights, an unweighted bar, and some ankle weights (you can substitute with cans of soup, a broom handle, and some towels or something around your legs in the beginning). I found the exercises great as they each target a different muscle. This was a great addition to my cardio routine.
