This book is easy to read, tests well, and really walks you through various aspects of your life to help narrow down a career focus.

I found this book to be a very comprehensive, practical guide; to me, the feel is that it's geared more toward mid-lifers than kids just starting out. In fact, they include suggestions ranging from helping those who need a little adjusting of their current job situation to a complete career makeover. The tests are short and uncomplicated, but, in my case, they were amazingly valid. The "bad manager" list (p. 154 and 155) is not only funny but oh-so-true. This book is so good that I'll be returning the library copy and ordering my own; it's too good to let go.
