Solid Overview of Change Mgmt and Quality Improvement

I've read about half the chapters in this book so far (they don't necessarily need to be read in order) and found it very helpful in approaching a process redesign at work. I particularly enjoyed the case study in the last chapter about a college that had taken the principles of quality management and applied them in improving services to students. Overall, I would recommend it as a good overview of many of the theories and objectives involved in change management.
