The Faith of Phebe

Phebe Draper Palmer Brown is my GGgrandmother. I loved the book for that reason. It reflects much of the detail and color of a historical period of time of which few are aware. While the book contained a number of errors, most were due to editorial failings rather than historical (to include a number of typographical errors). They did not spoil what, for me, was an engrossing and well-told story.
