Non fiction on a british government scandal. Forged documents made and used by staff in a british university. This, and other criminal activities, was arranged by a high level british government official. In 1987 the police confirmed they had the forged documents. A prosecution should of course start. But no, a prosecution was not started and the government imposed censorship on the situation (giving no explanation). The end of the censorship appears to be imminent. When it ends the government will have to explain it's 1987 decision to block a prosecution and censor the affair. This book is an abridged version of "The Cathays Files 25", eighth edition, with additional details.
