One of the BEST books I've ever had the pleasure of reading.

This really opens your eyes on how hard immigration was, especially for chinese immigrants. You also see the main character just tries her best all the time and she's such an inspiration. This book had me HOOKED. I couldn't put it down and I spent days contemplating it and wanting more books like this.
