Tender Bed-time Story with Positive Touch

Rarely does a bed time story model healthy positive touch between father and daughter. The simple words of "The Goodnight Thing" are sweet holistic inspiration, spiritual and physical, between parent and child. The sweeping, rollicking illustrations by Rosio-Sprague are worth the price of the book! These pictures both engage and soothe...a perfect bedtime balance. Watch for for more from this up-and-coming illustrator! Highly recommended. Especially for daughters and dads. Great gift for Father's Day.

I was given a copy of this wonderul book, and just wanted to let others know. It's a wonderful bedtime book, where a parent can act out with their child what is in the book. As the father in the book says good night to each part of their child, the parent can do that in real life. The illustrations, done in pastels on dark paper just pop off the page, and are incredibly drawn. This book would make a great gift for a new father.
