I've passed this book around to some of the leaders in my church. Infact I'm thinking this book will help every minister to understand that the more we hold on to our ministry/giftings/calling, the more we lose out on what God has planned for us. It is only when we let go and let God that He will take responsibility for it and multiply the seed.
