The herbal remedy in the title refers to PC SPES which is a dietary supplement prepared from extracts of seven Chinese herbs and one concentrated American herb. Each herb is processed separately and then combined to yield a highly synergistic formula.James Lewis is a prostate cancer survivor and a prolific author of books and other published materials on prostate cancer. His latest book represents an extremely thorough review of a fairly new treatment. The chapter on a prevention program for prostate cancer is outstanding. I highly recommend the book for anyone wishing to learn more about the prevention and treatment of the second leading cancer in men.
