I thought that it was a very good book for more adults to read on how to manage a better work place and there were alot of very good points in this book. I can't name all of them. But it was good so people should really go out and read this book.

This book is a good value for the money & it provides good insight into the matter.Also it covers a good range of topics in the subject. If you look for a above average book this is fine book for you.
