A compelling and thought provoking book.

Domhoff presents the power elite in an thought provoking manner. He challenges the reader by having them consider who is actually controlling our lives. Further, it was interesting to not the way in which he did not leave out women in his look at the elite. This is fundamental because at the time of print women were still considered to be lower class members of society.
