After living through what felt like an insane period of my life I find that I am not really insane at all but dealing with changes of getting older and closer to perimenopause that maybe I would admit. This book helped me see the ways to help myself adjust and live through it without going insane. I have a few more years to put the whole book into theory but the weight issues are there and fading thanks to this book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in their 30's and is a woman.
