This is a great story and all the more amazing because it actually happened. I'm surprised that no one has made a movie from this book. The story shows how incredible individuals acting on their bravery, wits and skills can outwit the military machine. Could not put this book down.
A Must Read

Mark Ryan's fast-paced story of World War Two Danish spy Thomas Sneum is a classic. If you happen to have read Ken Follett's 2002 fictional take on Sneum's fascinating escapades ("Hornet Flight"), you will really enjoy this full factual accounting of how one man helped change the course of history. There is so much more to this man's death-defying escapes (two), British spy agency intrique, and coolness under pressure. But the guy was human after all, as Ryan records his love-in-the-face-of-danger affairs with the ladies. All in all, this story proves that facts are stranger than fiction!
