The only cookbook I use

I only REALLY cook about once or twice a year -you know a nice special occasion meal. This is the only cook book I use. It is arranged for how many people you are entertaining and meal (example - weekend for 4 has two complete days of meals B-L-D)The menus are already set up for each meal. Each and every course of each meal is DELICIOUS! The Pheasant with grapes is unforgetable and the carrot ginger soup has become my "specialty" for pot luck dinners. In addition, it has all the nuances of what glasses to use, and how to prepare more difficult main dishes (crabs, filleting fish, crowns from rib racks)and making fancy garnishes. If you're like me, and want to do something memorable once in a while, this book will be indispensible.
