I enjoy T. Greenwood's writing, however, this novel of hers was not my favorite. I enjoyed the writing style, the characters, and the setting, but the plot could have been a bit more developed and intensified. SPOILER: I also did not care for how all the characters found solace at the end, as this is not a realistic outcome.

My first book by this author, and I will definitely read another. I liked this book a lot, but there was too much predictability in the last part of the book. Some of what happened (don't want to write spoilers) near the end was just wrapped up too neatly. Life just wouldn't happen like that.
