This book is the ultimate food guide I LOVE IT

Not only did I learn more than I knew going into reading the book which makes me so happy because I love educating myself and I think more people should. I've already tried five recipes so far and Im very excited to keep on this journey, Alicia is the person who got me into vegetarianism in the first place. I started feeling way better I was happier, my skin and body felt amazing, my confidence was soaring, and I was enjoying my meals everyday, thank you so much Alicia!!
