This is a helpful book if you are trying to fix or better a relationship.
Although, I don't believe it would help with a narcissist or that you should try it with a sociopath.
Shaunti Feldhann has gleaned through her own research to write a good selection of helpful books to help people in their relationships. In a self-serving world, the kindness challenge is proof that we reap what we sow.
